WHAT IT IS USED FOR?
Virtual YouTuber or VTuber is mainly used to cover a person identity using an avatar while streaming for content such as gaming, singing and talking without having them to show his or her face like a normal IRL YouTubers do. FaceRig, 3tene, HGFaceDD, Mocape, etc are the program mainly used to move this avatar through webcam or any facial camera. So please make sure that your computer can support these program.

Sure why not? it is important that your image is layered accordingly. Once I review everything is OK then we can talk business. Please know that rigging live2d takes a lot of time and effort. 1 model is estimated to finish in 1 week for full rig and test. That includes editing and fixing the image to set up for a proper model.
